New to investing/looking for meet ups

Hello everyone,

I'm a young tradesmen in HVAC and I'm looking for ways to invest in real estate. I'm eager to learn and trying to find groups near Lancaster and willing to go to Columbus. Also I've read some BP books and listened to some podcasts. But I'm still not sure what I could offer to an experienced investor to learn from yet. So any tips and advice would be greatly appreciated! Thankyou
