Hi guys! I'm Dar Rose from Houston Tx. I am a real estate virgin and I'm excited about doing my first deal. I have found a few properties before my kids got out of school but have not had time to pursue them. The kiddos start school Monday so I'm ready to get crackalacking! Lol!

I want to start by wholesaling just to get my feet wet, establish relationships and build capital and eventually buy and hold. I would love to connect with people from Houston, well heck people from anywhere so that we can pick each others brains and possibly make some money together.
