Newbie Here - Learning about financing

Kim Davis
Posted

Hi Everyone!!  I'm Kim from NC!  I recently sold a company and that has given me freedom to figure out what I want to be when I grow  up.  I have accidentally fallen into real estate.  I convinced my dad to go in halves on a beach condo.  We air bnb it and it's doing very well.  I am not employed so financing future deals is going to be challenging.  I have a great credit score and cash but no w2 job.  Where can I fo to learn about creative financing?  I don't want to use my own money when I could borrow others.  :)

Looking forward to getting to know ya'll!
