Hello! I am a newbie from Pitman, New Jersey. My name is Brad, I am 26 years old and I am a middle school social studies teacher with absolutely no experience whatsoever in real estate. My wife and I are looking to get started as investors by using the buy and hold strategy to generate some passive income and well as move into owning our first home. My goal is that we can amass enough passive income and continue "trading up" our investment properties to eventually make enough for my wife to stop working, for us to have a nice little nest egg for retirement, and most importantly so we can be a bigger blessing to those around us.
