Newbie Investor that needs some helo

Posted

Hello all,
I have finally gains possession of a rental property of squatters that needed to be evicted. I am now getting ready to start the rehab process. My question is how long would you wait on a contractor to give you a bid before you move on to the next? I was told I would get a bid on 9/7. When I reached out he started he was sick and still haven't gave me bid. So I have other contractors that are interested. But I really wanted to go with my first choice. Don't want to step on anyone toes plz help.
