Down payment funding
Hey BP family, I’m currently a brand new real estate agent and aspiring real estate investor. I have a great credit score but I don’t have two years worth of tax returns to qualify for an fha or conventional loan. I have a program in my area where my lender is willing to not use all of that if you have a 700 fico score and 20% down on a 100k house or more. I have to talk to my parents and other people but I’m not sure how I should go about getting the funding to pay for the 20%.
