Hi, You are probably thinking two things, Where is New Zealand or that's a long way from the USA to be interested in Real estate. I am finding biggerpockets is a treasure trove of amazing people and information.

I am a property manager and Building Manager with 153 apartments here in Auckland NZ and looks like our contract is coming to an end unfortunately. (They are selling it) So it can't hurt to network even if I am 12 hours away.

Anyway loving it so far and HELLO AMERICA.
