Best house hacking method in FL?

Hello BP community, I am 24years old and currently live in brevard county (Melbourne,FL).I am just starting out on my investing journey and plan to house hack for my first deal. I've been practicing analyzing multifamily and SFH properties in my market, and also in orlando and west palm beach. Any advice on which areas are best for the type of property to house hack? Any tips on how to study these markets?

@Justin Mendoza I have worked with and know a few house hackers. The best method is the one that you execute. Your situation will determine what kind of house hack you need to do. If you are married you probably want to house hack a duplex so you get your own space. If you are single then buying a house and renting the individual rooms will probably net the highest return but at the end of the day the best house hack is the one you actually do. It is so important to just start, so figure out what you can do and go do that.
