Purchasing property with liquid assets to income qualify

Sean Magee
Posted

Hello, this is the first post for me! I am a big supportor of this network. I wanted to see if there is anyone that could direct me with financing. I have 450k invested. I wanted to see if someone could recommend how to finance a 4 unit multifamily only using the principle of the funds I've saved and the rental income.
