Hello everyone,

Just wanted to introduce myself to the community. I am very new to the idea of real estate investment. And right now am looking to purchase an owner occupied multi family property in upstate New York. So far Biggerpockets.com has been a great resource and I'm excited to begin this new endeavor.

I am open to any and all advice on how to get started.
