Aspiring Wholesaler in Hagerstown, MD!

Hello everyone, I'm new to the site and an aspiring real estate wholesaler. I've been interested in getting into real estate for some time and beginning the process of research and preparation before diving into the industry. The analysis-paralysis is REAL but I'm doing my best to not scare myself out of a great opportunity. 

I've lived in Hub City for about three years, and Hagerstown seems like an area that's slowly but surely upgrading. I see the possible potential in investing for the long term. 

I was wondering if anyone here has experience investing in this city, or opinions on doing so. Thank you!
