Newbie in the Seattle Area
Hey, I'm new to the site and in the Seattle area. I'm an financial analyst of sorts for my day job, but I see real estate as a great long-term investment opportunity - plus, I really enjoy it. I became a landlord about 1 year ago when we bought an old house in a great location and kept our nearby condo as a rental. We decided to move into the upstairs of the house and rent out the basement to help fund out updates to the house. Looking forward to learning from others on the site and sharing my experiences - I've already had a great, a good, and a bad tentant experience managing the properties myself!
