Getting Started, Ready to Learn, Invest and Grow

I'm a Realtor in Maryland, just re-starting my career after a break for several years.  I had some investment properties several years ago that also handled all of the property management myself.  I have one investment property now that's going very well.  Thinking about buying some more to hold and rent out.  May partner up with a friend to do this.  Planning to do property management for any properties that I purchase and may offer property management to others as well.  We live near Fort Mead and also close to Baltimore. I may venture into flipping and some point later.
