Hi Everyone,

Glad to be here,

Just thought I would step in and say hello,

I have been a passive reader the past few months, now I finally decided to sign up. The articles and posts here are truly inspiring and helpful.

My Experience in Real Estate, I just started in the single family rental side, so far its positive and doing well. I own 3 rental properties that had their share of bumps but are thankfully sailing well.

Where I wish to be, hopefully taking the next step towards a larger investment, away from single family homes and into multifamily or even (long term) NNN leases.

Like many of you, I have a steady job for now, but long term I truly wish to free myself off of the corporate ladder and into my own realm that in the end, allows me to help others enter their own realm of self reliance.

I will detail my current situation and will seek advice on the next steps.

Edit: Just some questions,

1. Where should I post my current situation and my future plans? I wish to seek advice and hear constructive criticism etc..

2. Where do most of the Multi Family buyers/owners post their stories/diaries of their purchases? Same for those who buy NNN leases. Would really love to talk to a few members who have gone through these two types of purchases.
