Hi, my name is Kyle. Im 19 years old and let me start off by saying I have no clue where to start investing. My goal is to be the best father i possibly can to my future family, as mine was never really around. I understand that i need to take risks to be successful and what better time to start than now while i dont have to much holding me back. But I also know that I need to look well into anything I decide to Invest in. I have always, I like to think been really mature for my age. I currently work in a call center in Florida. Im working hard to put myself though college and begin working in IT. I have always been interested in being a land lord. My dream has always been to own and successfully manage a duplex, appartments, condos etc. Owning land/flipping properties is also something that I find interesting. The only experience I really have in realestate is that I recently tried purchasing a condo that i intended to rent out in a short sale. I put up a good fight but was outbid but walked away with alot of knowledge I previously didnt have. I appreciate any feed back any am looking for advise/Mentorship.
