Hi everyone!

Just wanted to introduce myself; my name is Zenon, I'm 26 and just getting into Real Estate investing for the first time.

I've heard that this is a great forum to rub shoulders with like minded people, so I'd love to hear any advice you all have for someone brand new to the industry.
