Hi, first time writing on BP, but I have listened to almost every BP podcast. The info is amazing and has pushed me to take action. Im currently living in San Diego and Im fairly new to investing. I have been trying to find deals here locally but as you probably know the San Diego market is a bit out of control. So I am looking to invest in other states with more opportunities.
