Hey everyone. This is my first forum post ever in the history of forums. I find it kinda of funny that as a graphics and website designer by trade I've never actually been a member of a forum. First for real estate investing and first for forums. Should be fun! I am looking forward to getting to know everyone and all the wisdom I am sure to find here. Thanks in advance!
