Newbie Looking to be real-estate educated

Jericko Poss
Posted

Greetings!

I recently graduated college and making $74,000/year. I also recently purchased a house because I would rather have a (reasonable) mortgage than pay rent. I just read/thought it was a smarter decision for me. Now, my mission is to create enough passive income to be able to not work for a living via real-estate rental. I am looking to educate myself on the skillset I need to accomplish this and people who are doing the same to be a part of each others' journey.
