Wholesaling in Albany Ga

I’m just getting into wholesaling and I currently live in Albany Ga. I’ve drove around gathering addresses for some distressed properties. Albany is abundant in distressed properties but I wanted to ask how the market is looking now from current established wholesalers in the area and gain more contacts? Do any of you do successful business wholesaling in Albany?
