Hello, my name is Bradley Yandell and I came across Josh this morning on a google+ community and found this website. I had a real estate license in Ca, Nv and Co. but never made any use of my Co. license. I worked for a few brokerages in Lake Tahoe for about 6 years and then the market went dead.

A funny marketing story, I listed a mostly burnt down home on Park and Greenwood in South Lake Tahoe and I spent the summer holidays and most weekends holding an open yard(could not go in the house due to its condition).

I sat in my beach chair, shorts, hawaiian shirt and sandals passing out RE packets, cold water with my information and maps with similar price range properties on the market. Got a lot of laughs and chuckles but I closed 6 more deals that year from people I met and a few more then next year.

Not ready to hop back into real estate investing yet, but when I do, I think I would like to learn about commercial opportunities or possibly 4 plexs in areas I would like to live and/or spend time visiting.
