First flip w/interested buyer wanting to make changes half way in
I’m a contractor doing my first flip. Half way through and I have a prospective buyer wanting to make all finishing selections and change things up a bit. Just not sure how to handle this situation. They are wanting to make changes that are more expensive and not my taste. How do I handle a contract to cover the additional costs and at what stage?
