Rental property in Central Florida

Aimee Darwin
Posted

I am almost done with my Bachelor degree on small business and going to go after my Masters in small business next year.  My husband is retired from construction, he can build or fix anything in construction.  We currently have 1 rental property in a trailer park that we rent out on a month to month contract.  We are looking for properties that is on land were you don’t have to pay lot rent every month. Our area is low income but still a tourist trap.  We are thing that we will do fixer uppers in our area but having issues finding them cheap enough to get.  Our one property is in Citrus county and we live in Levy county but do have other counties very close by us.
