Hey folks - new to the forum, had a single rental property for the last 10+ years. Getting serious about growing the business with a goal of "downsizing" my job in 10 years or so and supplementing retirement income. Loving the forum, books, podcasts, and excited about getting this thing growing!

Current plan is SFU or small multi-family, but also considering a partnership with my folks on a larger multi-family setup.
