Hello folks! I found biggerpockets while search for info on cap rates. I listened to the podcast and it had just the kind if info I need as a new investor. I own my own home in VA. I also rent out my old home in VA. So I have some rental experience even though I sort of fell into it. I am looking to get 3 or 4 more units each with a monthly cash flow of $200+. If I manage that, I can "retire" from my day job. My current houses will be paid off in under 10 years, I have been maxing out my 401k for many years and I'll get a modest pension as well. I posted my Deal Analysis info on the deal I am considering. Anyone else in the Roanoke/SML area?
