Denver RE Investor Looking to Network!

Hi all,

I moved to Denver after taking a break and living in FL (bought some investment property there and now it's rented out so I'm back!) I'm trying to connect with other investors, investor friendly Realtors, Lenders as well as wholesalers! I am looking for some property around the Denver/CO Springs/Fort Collins areas. Maybe even somewhere in the mountains or down in Pueblo. I'm looking to make a purchase or two by the end of the year to keep up with my goal and I'd love to meet some fellow local investors, BRRRR'ers and anyone else. Coffee on me at a location and time of your choosing :)

I'd also be open to partnering with someone who has more experience on a deal. I think I've got some experience to offer a potential partner: I've successfully flipped a few houses myself before, worked with remodeling homes and staging and I also have my RE license in FL (working on getting it here in CO). I've got a solid w2 income at this time and am looking to maybe start a company and switch into more of a full time BRRRR type business by myself or with another experienced partner.

Cheers!

Nikita
