Hey everyone! My name is Ben and I am from Smithsburg Md. I'm looking to get my foot in the door investing in local real estate. Looking to increase my capital by flipping houses then transition over to long term buy and hold properties. Has this been anyone else's plan to get started? How has it worked out for you? Any suggestions? I don't have much cash up front to put in to by and hold properties so flipping seems like it would allow me to get my money back out and do more deals this way. Then with a solid financial foundation I could put money into buy and holds. What do you think?

Thanks

Ben Miller
