Hello bigger pockets team. I am a new investor in the Staunton - Harrisonburg - Waynesboro VA area. I am looking to BRRR and Flip homes in my area. Would love to meet up for a coffee or Beer :) to talk about investing strategies. I recently have sold a home that I had converted to a rental property after not being able to sell it several years ago. I now have cash in hand and want to make sure that I am using it in the correct way to purchase as many rental properties as possible. My goal is to be able leave my day job within the next two years. Any one that would be willing to hep guide me would be greatly appreciated.
