Greetings, 

I am new to real estate but very experienced in the concert and event industries. My goal is to develop a mid sized(3-5k cap), mixed use event space in Detroit, MI. I am hopeful to network with brokers, investors, architects, and anyone else who may be interested in hearing more about the early stages of my project.
