Hi. My name is Ernesto Castellanos, and my wife and I are aspiring real estate investors in the Palm Beach County, FL area. My wife has a background in construction project management and we've always felt we have what it takes to succeed in this business. It seems that getting started is the most difficult part. We're so ready to get going but so unsure and scared with what the next step is. We've done quite a bit of education, but still feel unsure. Mostly we're unsure of how to really fund our first investment without using a lot of our own money. Any advise will be greatly appreciated. We already have a property in mind that we want to purchase, rehab, and sell.
