Hello BP members. Just taking a minute to introduce myself. My name is Marlon, looking to get into buy and hold. Interested in multi-family and single family as well. Hoping to learn lots from the forums and podcasts. I'm still a working stiff, so it's probably going to be a tough ride, but I think I'm up for it. Really just in the learning stage right now, but my goal is to create a passive second income.
