Starting out in MD

Hello everyone, I recently joined BP and I have been absorbing as much as possible from the forums, podcasts, books, etc. However, like many have said in the podcasts, I need to take action. I still have a lot to learn and I think being a birddog for a seasoned investor in MD, where I reside, would be a good idea as I gather enough capital to start my own marketing campaigns and learn the wholesaling process. With this in mind, would anyone currently investing in the MD be interested in being my mentor? I would obviously help you find deals and help you with any part of the process in return. I simply want to jump in somehow. Looking forward to some responses. Thanks!
