What's up guys? My name is Tashaun Williams and I am new to the BP community. Im 28 years old and live in south jersey. My experience so far in real estate is limited to using a 203k loan to renovate my primary residence. I also rent a room for $550 a month. So basically I still have my training wheels on. My goal is to have my first buy and hold rental by summer of 2022. I would love to meet new like minded people and see how we can help each other out.
