Hey BP,

My name is Brandon and I have been lurking on the site for a long enough and finally decided to introduce myself. I am just getting started with my REI journey. I have been doing research for the last few years by reading books, listening to podcasts and visiting various websites. During this time, I have started to put together my team and I now have various contacts to work with.

As for deals, I am still working towards that first one. It sure hasn't been from a lack of trying as I have been marketing for over a year now. I have used multiple forms of direct mail and recently started a PPC campaign as well. Over that time though, I sure have learned a lot. From taking that first call, to doing that first inspection, to making an offer, it's been an experience you won't forget. I currently have a few offers out there so, we will see what happens in the near future. Maybe some of the BP karma will rub off on me and I will get that first one wrapped up.
