Whats up BP!

Glad to be here and be part of this community.  I look forward to networking and meeting new people who are as dedicated to RE Investing as I am.  I am from San Diego, CA, am on active duty as a Naval Officer and plan on retiring in 8 years.  Before then however, we plan to purchase as many rental properties as possible to build long-term wealth and passive income in the next chapter of our lives.  We are currently in the process of building two new homes as investments in Florida and these will be the first additions to our portfolio.  I have an MBA in Finance and I truly enjoy investment analysis and running numbers and am always open to different perspectives on analyzing good deals. Life is a process of learning and growing and the education is never complete.
