Hi everybody, i am a newbe from louisiana. I have been an agent for one year and am eager to learn all i can regarding the investment side including investing in starter homes and flipping them.  I understand the evaluation process but which types of properties to identify and the sequence of events to be successful are things i need to learn,    Great to be a part of the team
