Newbie Flipping-hopeful in San Francisco East Bay Area (Walnut Creek)

Hello! I'm so excited to be here. My husband and I discovered BP while researching flipping books on Amazon.com. BP was mentioned in several reviews for "The Book on Flipping Houses." I took a peek and a listen to the podcast and I am hooked! I'm so happy to be here.

I am a Realtor and my husband and I are just starting the hunt for our first flip. We really don't know where to begin except that my dad is a local contractor and has flipped many houses himself. He is part of our team and we hope to close on our first property by the end of the year and start reno. I cannot wait. This has long been a dream of mine and I am so grateful that my husband shares the same dream and especially feeling blessed to have found this community. We've already learned so much. It continues to be an eye-opening experience here at BP.
