Learning in Indianapolis

Hi,

My name is Brad and I am new to BP. I created a profile a couple years ago but a switch flipped in the last month where I realized that it is time for me to stop dreaming about real estate and actually do something! Since then, I have been completely immersing myself in the podcasts, blogs, and videos that this site has to offer.

I am 41 and have a fantastic family. I have a great job but would like to secure and expand my family's financial future. I have set a goal for myself of 40 doors in the next 5 years at an average of $200 per door (and I am at a whopping ZERO properties currently...haha). My plan is to learn everything I can and use the stack method to grow my portfolio. Since I am employed full-time and have family activities, I am planning to price a property management company into my calculations from the start.

I look forward to engaging and learning from you BP members!

Thank you,

Brad
