Hi I've been reading articles on this site for a few weeks now that my business partner Jeff Wells has been sending me, thought it was about time I hopped on and got active on here myself!

I started on my adventure in REI back in Oct. 12' when I attended a guru event. I put his teaching to use for about 6 months in my hometown booming So Cal market and had 0 success. This is a business that I have always wanted to do so instead of quitting I took a step back. Realizing I have my own brain I reevaluated all the information I had absorbed over the first 6 months and came up with my own modified approach. Since doing that I joined up with my partner that I met from a local REIA group, took our ideas half way across the country to his old home town and started fresh. Within 2 weeks of being in this new market we had our first flip under contract and now about 2 months later door #1 is officially on the market! Door #2 is under contract in the hunt for funding stage and #3 I hope to get under contract today(pending yesterday's counter offer from the bank).

I'm always looking to network with new or experienced investors and share strategies and ideas. Since I'm a newbie and short on cash(due to my extremely overpriced guru event) the more creative the better. I love all the possibilities this business has to offer and how if 1 idea doesn't work there's a dozen more you can try or even a hybrid!
