Hello BP Newbie in Los Angeles

Hi my name is JR Satoafaiga and I am a newbie who lives in Los Angeles area in California. I have been fascinated with real estate when I was a kid and when I was about 20, I bought my first real estate course, Carlton Sheets. I never did anything because of fear back then, but now I'm 36, and have been actively looking for properties for about 2 months and found BP.

I Have learned a lot already from the community and hope to learn more or maybe even post my first deal on here. yeeeeeeeaaaa.

I am trying to Wholesale properties, and looking for Buy and Hold properties to start my portfolio. I have no money and Im rebuilding my credit so I am also learning how to use no money techniques like leases, options and notes, and also Hard money lenders to make offers.

I would love to intern for an investor in Los Angeles Preferably in the Long Beach and surrounding areas. Hoping to learn the ropes and also help someone in the process.
