Hi Everyone! My name is Sarah Williams and I am a real estate investor and also currently in class for my real estate sales person license. I live in Virginia and I do business is Maryland and the District of Columbia as well. My company name is Top Capital Solutions Inc. Our background in real estate is both active and passive income. We currently have one rental property that we own and we are working on a second one as well as a rehab property in MD. Our short term goal is to gain a minimum of one rehab property per month while making partnerships, and our long term goal is to be able to expand our business to bring on employees and build our portfolio while working alongside other like-minded investors and agents.
