Basement Finishing in Indy - References Needed!

Hi everyone! I recently moved to Indianapolis to house hack a four bedroom home. My last tenant will arrive in August and I’ll be without a bedroom! The plan was to finish the basement with a bedroom and bathroom for me to live in. The home is new construction and the basement already has egress windows, plumbing, and electrical done. Does anyone have any references for trusted contractors? Has anyone had experience financing these things? I’ve gotten one quote so far and waiting on two, but I found them based on google searches. 

Lastly, if anyone is in the Indy area, I’d love to grab a bite and connect. Looking to grow and learn as I go through this adventure!
