I am contacting your organizations to see if you have any opportunities for an internship in property management. The Air Force has a work-based learning program called: Skill Bridge Program. I don't know of specific property management companies that offer internships, but I'd call around to the players in the area to see what is available, most property management firms are small businesses so they may not have well defined internship programs.
