What's the best rate for prime borrowers on commercial loans?

I'm looking to refinance some of my great performing commercial loans, They have been performing well for years without one missed or late payment even through the pandemic.  My credit score range from 800 to 830.   What type of interest rates are being offered for excellent borrowers?
