Hello to all! My name is Matthew, I am a 25 year old enlisted sailor in the United States Navy. I have minimal to no experience in the real estate "Game" . I have been doing a lot of research and soul searching over the past few months. I have found that real estate can really liberate you and give you a new "Lease On Life". My main short term goal is to begin with duplex investment to create cash flow. I'd love to be a self employed investor one day. I've come to realize that this area is great due to the high military presence and yearly overflow of new possible tenants. I'd love to find a seasoned veteran in the area who would be willing to give advice and help a newbie in the arena.
