Newbie from NYC interested in Buffalo, NY

Martin J. Sigal
Posted

Hello everyone!  I am a newbie real estate investor introducing myself as such for the first time.  I live and work in NYC and have worked in real estate management and landlord & tenant law for years.  I would like to invest in small multi-family properties to generate enough cash flow to leave my full-time job within the next 10-years.

Although I am originally from NYC, I am looking to invest in Buffalo, NY, where my husband grew up, and where we still have friends and family.

I would welcome any invites to local real estate/investment groups in Buffalo - especially anything over Zoom!  I have a lot of knowledge of Landlord & Tenant law, so am happy to offer insight into that area.

I’m still in the learning/research phase with the goal of getting everything ready for my first deal next year.  It’s a very exciting time!

I look forward to learning and posting more in the future!

Thank you,

Marty
