Hey guys, my name's Mark. I live in Salem, Or. Ive been listening to the podcast awhile now off and on, and finally decided to sign up.

Im as noobie as they come with real estate, Its something ive been interested in for awhile now. This seems to be an awesome place to learn.

I don't have any credit or cash, so Im thinking about starting in wholesaling maybe, till I build up some momentum. Any recommendations on good forum posts/ books on the subject would be nice.

Im stoked to be here, meet you guys and dive into something new:)
