Hello from Sacramento, CA - Former Appraiser/Realtor

Hi there, my name is Alicia and I'm a newer investor, former Appraiser & Realtor 2000-2011, and now own a wildfire and hazard data company helping home insurance carriers. Looking to network and help anyone with insurance questions and/or neighborhood opinions in Sacramento, El Dorado, Placer counties. I want to start investing in STRs and small multi family properties out of state. As a former appraiser I'm predicting a market correction so I'm a bit apprehensive but by no means have a crystal ball!

Welcome and happy to network and assist . Wish I had a crystal ball too . I feel that there will always be opportunity that makes sense for the right audience . Right now real estate is on fire . The demand for affordable newer builds is so underserved . Demographics are changing . I think one needs to focus on areas with job growth and sustainable demographic changes .
