Hello,

I am new to the board. I am longtime realtor in the Cleveland, Ohio area. I have spent most of my time raising a family and selling suburban homes. I keep seeing so many deals on the market that I decided to join up and take a look at actually investing in real estate as opposed to only selling it. I am pleased to be here and happy to answer any real estate questions you may have, while I am learning from all the investors--the details and wisdom of how to be an investor-a whole different animal.
