Newbie in Houston Real Estate Investing

Good afternoon BP,

My name is Jerahn Thomas I am currently in my "education phase" of real estate investing. I have read numerous real estate investing books and have been an avid listener of Bigger Pockets Podcast for the past 6 months. Looking to get my start in wholesaling here in Houston, TX and eventually work my way to buy and hold properties. Any wholesalers, realtors, landlords, or contractors in the area looking to connect with a newbie such as myself? Willing to work and be of any assistance I can to be able to get my start in real estate investing. I am ready to take action in my next steps towards financial independence. Thank you for reading.
